Well now you can!

Introducing a new monthly Bedtime Story Yin, which you can do in your jammies right in your bed (don't panic, your camera won't be on!) Featuring poses for deep relaxation and a story to help your mind leave behind the worries of the day.

Each class is live but you can access a recording for the rest of the month so you can use it any time you need some help switching off and getting a good night's sleep!
