KraftWalking tillsammans med Team Nordic Trail och Göteborgs Brantaste i Brudarebacken. Inväntar deltagare och sen tar vi backintervaller till nästa nivå.

Den 29/5 , med start 18.00, kommer KraftStaven till Göteborg. Tillsammans med Team Nordic Trail och Brantaste kommer vi springa i Brudarebackarna med Kraftstaven, samtidigt som vi samlar höjdmeter till Höjdmeterskampen.

Vi utlovar en massa kraft uppför och ett pulshöjande event med många nyfikna trail runners, sky runners, skidåkare och träningsmänniskor.

Great experience and meetings this weekend at .se. Happy customers and networking with back clinics, , as well as trekking groups in the U.S. Things that people were most impressed by;
1. Taking weight off the knees while walking downhill
2. Being able to use the pole in every kind of situation
3. How friendly it is on the lower back.
4. The power from the upper body
