Bengtsson motorsport utövar motorsport med Porsche. Just nu i Porsche Sports Cup Scandinavia som är inträdesserien inom Porsche-racing. I serien tävlar flera klasser samtidigt klass 8A-D som uppdelas efter effekt/vikt.
2012-2015 tävlade Bengtsson motorsport med en Porsche 944S2 från -91 med 6.5kg/hk. (211hk/1380kg). Inför säsong 2016 byttes bilen till en 944 turbo i klass 8C. Prestanda ung: 300hk/1200kg

Out with the old in with the new.
Rear wheelsbearings is a big job on a Porsche 944. Especially if it corroded och stuck in the trailing arm.
Heat, special tools, a big hammer and patience is needed.
This racecar really needed two new rear bearings.

Testing at Gelleråsen raceway. Rain, cold (5C) and slippery track. Lessons were learned and the car performed good.
Next stop the workshop and then Nürburgring in the end of May.

Old school meets new speed. 2020 meets 1986.
Mount for a Garmin catalyst racetimer in the 944-racecar. Utilising some old holes for a cellphone-holder.
Rigid and tight and a good fit.

Some new fibreglass makes all the difference. Aerocatch hoodpins and new hinges for the hood. Nr95 gets a makeover.
