We’re excited to share some great news…
Tthanks to the support of the Studentkåren and the If Academ board, we’ve got the sports hall back! All activities will resume from week 37, so keep an eye on our Facebook groups for each sport’s start‑up info.

IF Academ is sadly currently without access to the sports hall 💔

We were informed very recently, and we're sorry for the impact this has on all our members and activity leaders.

We know how important these activities are for student health, well‑being, and community, and we are doing everything we can to secure a long‑term solution. Our hope is to reach an fair agreement as soon as possible so that our activities can continue as usual again.

We will share updates as soon as new information becomes available 💛

📣 We would like to inform you that IF Academ will be holding its Annual Meeting on the 28th of May. According to our statutes, this meeting must take place during the spring, and we are now preparing the final details.

As part of this process, we are actively looking for new board members for the upcoming year. Several current members will be finishing their studies this June, which means we need to recruit new people who are interested in helping run the organization, support activity leaders, and continue developing IF Academ.

If you or someone you know is interested in joining the board, contributing to the association, or simply wants to learn more about what the board does, you are very welcome to reach out.

More information will be sent out to all activity leaders no later than 28 April.

Last opportunity to try, test and challenge yourself to kickstart your preparation for Toughest Race 2026. Train together with a personal trainers and other students!

Hi everyone!

Hope you all have had a good start to the new semester. Because of the new semester we need to gather new payment fees from all of our members. The fee will stay the same as last semester (150 kr per semester), and after the fee has been paid you will have access to all the different activities that IF Academ has to offer. Payment will first and foremost be made through the app "Swish", but if you're unable to send the payment via Swish we can solve it through using cash. Alternatively you could ask someone else to swish for you (however, if you decide to do this it is essential that your swish message clearly states who the payment is meant to cover for).

It is also very important that you answer the membership form as you deal with the payment fee for the spring semester.

Great, IF Academ Floorball team is recruiting new members! Check out IF Academ Floorball on Facebook to see more information about the practices, and scan the QR code to join the group.

Come and play every Monday from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm, and Wednesday from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Any levels welcome, equipment is available in the sports hall.

Here is the updated sports schedule for the semester. The activities are all about having fun, staying active, and getting to know each other. There are no competitions – just a chance to enjoy sports together in a relaxed and friendly way. A warm welcome to all new students, we can’t wait to see you join in and be part of the community!
