Ogge Challenges You

Alla resor har en början och ett slut. En resa slutar och en ny tar vid. Jag startade O2tri Konditionscenter Maj 2015 med förhoppningen att bygga något stort som gav hälsa och Kondition till Göteborgarna. Marknaden och människor ville annorlunda. Jag hade en dröm… i min pressrelease skrev jag i april 2015.

Efter topprestationer i Ironman, vinst i Ö-loppet och VM på Hawaii läggs nu ytterligare en pusselbit i drömmen. Att starta Göteborgs första konditionscenter. Den andra maj 2015 kan du påbörja din resa mot din dröm på O2tri konditionscenter,individanpassad, högintensiv träning med hälsan i fokus”

Redan innan nedstängningarna till följd av pandemin var det tufft men dessa blev spiken i kistan för O2tri Komditionscenter och ”Oscars dröm”

Tråkigt? Ja, mycket! Tufft? Ja! Lärorikt? Absolut! Tar med mig en fantastisk resa där jag fått träffa massa härliga människor och många nyttiga lärdommar när jag nu tar mig an nya utmaningar.

Den första blir att på halvtid arbeta som HR-Coach på ställningsföretaget Tekniska Byggnadsställningar i Göteborg AB TBS ställningar. Jag kommer att ansvara för nyrekryteringar av nya montörer till ett växande företag men även främja arbetsmiljö, skapa nya rutiner och coacha den nuvarande personalen. Jag älskar att jobba med människor och är tacksam jag får möjligheten att fortsätta med det i en ny spännande bransch.
Jag kommer finnas kvar i Coaching av träning och hälsa på olika sätt, bland annat i och vad övrig tid tillåter

Heading into the unknown… beautiful, empty untouched landscape, just like a new year, ready to be filled with new experiences, challenges and joyful moments chosen by Yourself! New goals awaits, not 100% sure what yet… but for the first time since 2014 Swimrun related goals will not be one of them. 2007 - 2015 it was Triathlon that challenged me physically… 2014-2021 it was Swimrun, now ita time for something different. Maybe the picture ⬆️ has something to do with it…? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Obviously it feels both strange and said… but also exiting 🤗 I am so grateful all the racing in Swimrun has given me, and still want to be apart of the great community in some way ❤️
Looking back at 2021 I had ONE true goal with my training , winning the World Championship at ! I had been chasing this honorable title since 2016. Finally the dream came true and the journey with my mate will be a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life! Couldn’t wished for any other partner by my side! 🙏

Lets make the beat of 2022 and fill it with whatever YOU want! 💪 It couldn’t have started better anyhow 🤗☀️❄️🙏

Tillbaka till rutiner, arbete och en stundande höst! Lite mindre fokus på träning för min del nu och mer på arbete. (Jag tränar fortfarande 🤣)
Så kul att vara igång med igen och få jobba med mina härliga kollegor, och Albin. Ser fram emot en höst där vi får skapa givande och lärorika avsnitt till våra lyssnare! Tacksam över att vi skapat denna plattform där vi kan få nå ut till så många med vårt budskap! Kondition, hälsa och inspiration! 🥳🙏 Att få jobba med en av Sveriges proffsigaste och coolaste programledare gör det varken mindre tråkigt eller svårt! En ära få jobba och skapa detta tillsammans med dig!
Hoppas avsnitten skall ge mycket till dig som lyssnar och kom gärna med inspel, synpunkter, kritik, åsikter som utmanar mig/oss! Allt är en strävan efter att bli bättre o utvecklas och det gör vi bäst tillsammans, med ett öppet sinne oavsett vilka åsikter/värderingar vi bär!

World Champions! AND new World record holder on one of the toughest “One day race” there is! Don’t think I ve realized it yet… but soaking in the moment and all the emotions… I ve been trying hard to go after it since 2016… So to finally pull it off is indescribable… It required the best and toughest Swimrunner I know by my side! Adriel! We did it! What an athlete you are! In all aspects there is. Enjoyed every bit of our journey together, from the moment we decided, all preparations with training , equipment and tactical plan to the final ex*****on on race day! I will never forget how you had my back at the first swim when it went side ways… ❤️We really executed from start to finish as a TEAM! I am so proud and thankful I got to it with you! Someone I look up to and admire both on AND off the course! A memory for life.

Congrats to the world class athletes I got to share the podium with! you all inspire me and makes me better!

ÖTILLÖ! Swimrun! What a race and community! Racers, volunteers, and .skott and many more on the TEAM organization! True honor to be apart and get to experience it from the inside! I look forward see the growth of this sport growing and letting more people get a taste, a try of what Swimrun is all about! I will with pleasure try to do what I can to contribute! Welcoming more people!

Last but not least! All you out there that has been watching and following the World Championship! Your interest of the sport are as important for the growth of our sport!

Wow! Vilken kväll! Vilken tävling! Vilket arrangemang det blev när 1/2 TEAM 🙋‍♂️ hade turen att komma iväg med vinsten och nytt banrekord. Kanske inte min styrka med bana som inte är så teknisk… såg till att jag ”gjorde rätt” för mig 😅 och vi fick både ett hårt o bra sista pass inför den 6:e september 🙏

I think Adriel is the most all around and greatest Swimrunner we have seen in the sport so far, so always fast and smooth racing. Congrats to ! What a event! First time hosting a race here in Gothenburg! It was as always a first class organization 👏 The course out here is just Swimrun propaganda!

Happy to see tough competition in all three classes, Womens, Mix and Men. Great racing and ! Honor sharing the podium with such athletes.

Great to see so many Swimrunners out there to day! Congrats to your performances! This community is really something! Be proud!
