Frank Tore og Lars-Håkon måtte kaste inn håndkle på den ellevte etappen av BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia 2026 da dynamoen feilet. Etter å ha vist lovende fart søndag morgen med en fjerdetid på SS9 Bäckelid 1, kun 1,9 sekunder bak raskeste tid på den 19,58 km lange åpningsetappen, var det en stor skuffelse for duoen. «Farten vår fra morgenen så bra ut og vi fulgte med oppover på resultatlisten, klare for å pushe. Dessverre måtte vi bryte med et elektrisk problem. Veldig lei oss for å ikke levere sluttresultatet som vi håpet på for Team MRF Tyres og alle våre sponsorer. Ting så bra ut for en topp 4 plassering, men vi kommer sterkere tilbake» sier Frank Tore.

Frank Tore and Lars-Håkon had to retire on SS11 of BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia 2026 due to an alternator issue. After showing promising speed Sunday morning setting a fourth fastest time on SS9 Bäckelid 1, only 1,9 seconds of the fastest time on the 19,58 km long opening test, it was a devasting blow for the pairing. “Our speed this morning was good and we were looking upwards on the classifications, ready for a big Sunday push. Sadly we had to pull over and retire the car due to an electrical issue. Sad to not deliver the end result we were hoping for our Team MRF Tyres and all of our sponsors. Things were looking good for a top 4 finish, but we’ll be back stronger” says Frank Tore.
