Join us for an outdoor yoga session at Keillers Park in Hisingen. This is a single standalone class designed to help you unwind and move in the fresh air.
Location: Keillers Park, Hisingen. We will gather directly in front of the pond.

Join us at Grepp in Lerum for two special mornings of movement and connection. We are hosting a Yoga & Fika event designed to help you flow into your weekend with good energy.

✨ The Vibe: We start with a 90-minute “Really Nice Flow” class to stretch, strengthen and move. Once we roll up the mats at 11:00, the coffee starts pouring! Stick around for a fika, great conversation, and a chance to socialize.

Valentine’s Yoga Event – 14 February

Celebrate love in all its forms – romantic, friendly, and self-love – with a special Valentine’s yoga experience designed to foster connection, presence, and ease.

Join us on 14 February at Grepp for a thoughtfully guided morning that combines movement, relaxation, and community.

The yoga class will take place from 9:30 to 11:00, starting with slow, mindful movements to awaken the body. The practice will focus on spinal and chest waves, hip strengthening, and stretching for stability and release. Partner-based yoga elements will include gentle stretches, balance, and trust-building exercises – no prior experience needed.

The session will conclude with aromatherapy-supported Savasana, featuring lavender and eucalyptus.

From 11:00 onwards, enjoy coffee by Grepp and fika by The Gremlin Society in a warm space for mingling.

Open to everyone: couples, friends, and solo participants. Arrive alone or with someone special.

Hello Gremlins, the news came last week, filled with sadness but also with great love. I want to inform you that TGS will be leaving the studio in Kville on the first day of January. The expenses have become too high for us to cover, and we had the chance to terminate the contract, which we decided to do.

This does not mean that there will be no more TGS. We will continue to have classes and events around Gothenburg and we are planning to resume TGS classes in the spring, just not in Kville. All memberships will be temporarily suspended and will not be renewed for January. For those who have made annual payments, they will be refunded the different time/money, If you have a Klipp card, please try to use it up during these two months. Otherwise, you will have to wait until spring for more information on classes when and where .

The fusion of dance and mindfulness, the best of both worlds awaits you!
