Camp Banzai is over for this time.
We cannot express enough gratitude to Lithuania's national team coach, Vladimiras Silvasko who took the time to be a guest instructor at our camp.

Vladimiras Shihan has solid coaching experience and has produced numerous champions at both EC and WC levels over the years.

During these few days, we gained valuable insights into technical details, positioning, and movement, but he also emphasized the importance of one's personal mindset
toward training and goals as a fighter.

Unfortunately, Paulius Zimantas was unable to join us at Camp Banzai alongside his coach due to knee surgery. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back on the tatami soon. The
World Championships are coming up next year, and we're keeping our fingers crossed for him!

Thanks to Aleksandras Braiko for translating all three days, being a sparring partner and a participant at the camp. You did a fantastic job!

Thank you to everyone from Sweden who participated and to our loyal recurring friends from Norway.
Without you, there would be no camp, and we are so grateful for the hard work and great spirits you brought to every session.
