We are gearing up for Summer School 🩰🌺 This year is a little different as we prepare for our August retreat. Each week we will focus on a different theme as always but we have added two days to the program. Get retreat ready with a PBT warmup, focused weekly barre and center drills, 4 Pointe Pre Pointe exercises, and a deep breathe and stretch to end your evening ❤️‍🩹 We slow way down on the road to improvement.
