I am Long Distance Louis, the whimsical sports coach. Offering a holistic approach in fitness and multiple sports such as archery, fencing, goalball to name a few. For individuals, we have personal training and movement therapy. For group on a larger scale of events, we provide consultation as well as delivering the sport of your choice.
