After passing all my exams, I officially started my PT business on 14th January 2014.

I still remember training a few friends in my parents’ garage. As time went on, I gained more clients, grew in confidence, and became more comfortable in what I was doing.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve built my own gym and just completed my 27,000th session.

The job can be tough. The gym can be freezing, people can be bloody annoying (you know who you are 😂), and the hours aren’t always the most sociable. But I genuinely wouldn’t change it for the world.

It’s incredibly rewarding. I love meeting and working with so many different people, and there’s nothing better than seeing the progress clients make and the confidence they gain along the way.

A huge thank you to all my clients, past and present, for your support over the years and for helping make this journey possible. Here’s to the next 27,000 sessions! 💪

So today was the perfect start to the week. 14 PT sessions, an early morning pull workout, a long walk, a 5k run (with negative splits), another short strength session and over 30,000 steps. Long may it continue! 💪🏃💪
