🇸🇨🏊♂️ OFFICIAL RESULTS RELEASED – TEAM SEYCHELLES SHINES IN MAURITIUS! 🇸🇨
The Seychelles Aquatic Federation is pleased to announce that the official results of the Africa Aquatics Zone 4 Open Water Championships 2026 have now been released.
🥉 Anthony Morgan secured a Bronze Medal in the Men’s 5km (14–15 years) event with a time of 1:08:16.9, proudly earning Seychelles a place on the podium.
🏊♂️ Hugo Lavigne also demonstrated great determination and resilience throughout the competition.
The Federation congratulates both athletes, Coach Shane Mangroo and thanks all parents, clubs, sponsors and supporters for their continued support.

📢 📣RESULTS UPDATE – AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP, JUNE ‘26 MAURITIUS
The Seychelles Aquatic Federation has received the official competition results from the recent African Championship in Mauritius. However, several discrepancies have been identified and the results are currently being verified with the relevant authorities.
To ensure accuracy and transparency, the Federation will not publish or confirm any results until this verification process is complete.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our athletes, clubs, parents and supporters.
Further updates will be shared as soon as verified information is received.

The Seychelles Aquatic Federation acknowledges the departure of Coach Shane Mangroo and athletes Anthony Morgan and Hugo Lavigne, who left Seychelles on Thursday 4 June 2026 to represent our nation at the:

As they compete against some of the region’s finest athletes, we extend our best wishes and full support to the team as they proudly represent Seychlelles on the continental stage.
