Artistic Dance Factory (ADF) Seychelles is building a new generation of Junior and Youth Dance Teachers under WADF Dance Academy, creating a structured pathway that allows talented young dancers to progress beyond competition and performance into Professional Dance Education and Leadership.

ADF believes that developing Champions alone is not enough. For dance to continue growing, today's dancers must become tomorrow's studio owners, teachers and adjudicators.

By investing in Junior and Youth teacher education, ADF Seychelles is creating a sustainable cycle:

QUALIFIED DANCE TEACHER

The ultimate goal is to produce confident, knowledgeable and highly qualified dance teachers capable of developing the next generation of dancers in Seychelles.

These young teachers will become future studio managers, coaches, educators, choreographers, judges, competition leaders and ambassadors who can represent Seychelles both locally and internationally.

And to ensure that the knowledge and international experience gained by today's dancers remain within Seychelles and are passed on to future generations.
