Our local infrastructure construction people should learn from the Japanese contractor whose workers are hard at work, refurbishing our roads. They ensure these infrastructures (road) are user friendly for all. That includes our people with special needs, especially those on wheelchairs. That's what's called 'inclusive' development programs.

Our very own, Shadrack Timothy with SINPC Vice President, Faa Moana having an opportunity of a lifetime. They were part of the VIPs officially invited to witness a historic moment for the country.
