معنى الآية: الذين أحسنوا في إيمانهم وأعمالهم، لهم الحسنى أي الجنة، وزيادة فوق ذلك، وهي عند جمهور المفسرين "النظر إلى وجه الله الكريم".

الإحسان لا يضيع، وأن من أحسن وأعطى خيرًا، فله من الله خيرٌ وزيادة.

In the wrong place, even if you give your very best, it will never be enough. But in the right place your mere presence will be celebrated!

السعادة الصحيحة متعددة المصادر وموزونة 🔐

جزء منها يجي من الاستقرار المادي، بالقدر اللي يكفيك ويعيشك مرتاح، بدون ما يصير هو هدف الحياة كله.

وجزء أكبر يجي من علاقتك بالله، والإيمان، والراحة والطمأنينة اللي ما تقدر الفلوس تشتريها.

وجزء مهم يجي من أخلاقك، وعطائك، والناس اللي تحبهم ويحبونك، والأثر الطيب اللي تتركه وراك.

إذا اختل واحد من هذه الجوانب، بتحس إن فيه شيء ناقص. لكن إذا توازنت، تصير سعادتك أهدأ، وأعمق، وأكثر ثبات … ويتعمق في داخلك - الرضا -

من أكثر الأشياء اللي تعلمتها في حياتي المهنية، ومن كل مكان اشتغلت فيه، إني ما أشارك الموظفين تفاصيل الوضع المالي للشركة.

سواء كان فيه عجز مالي، موسم ضعيف، أو حتى ضغط في السيولة… كنت دائمًا أشوف إن الموظف يحتاج يحس بالأمان، مو بالقلق. الأمان بالنسبة له إنه يسوي شغله بإتقان، وينزل راتبه كامل في موعده.

بالنسبة لي، هذا هو معنى القيادة الحقيقي، وهذا هو معنى “إحنا عائلة”. مو إنك تحمل فريقك هموم البزنس، لكن إنك تتحملها عنهم، وتدور كل الحلول الممكنة قبل ما تضطر تشاركهم فيها.

Yes, we are one family at work.
Yes, I empathize with my leader.
But every employee also has a family, bills, and responsibilities.

أنا أؤمن بالشفافية، لكن أؤمن أكثر إن القائد مسؤول إنه يجرب كل الحلول، ويتحمل أصعب القرارات، قبل ما يحط فريقه أمام خيار ما كان المفروض يشيله من الأساس.

ووعد قطعته على نفسي:
إذا كنت في موقع قيادة، ما راح أظهر لفريقي حجم الضغوط المالية إلا إذا فعلًا استنفدت كل الحلول، وصار من حقهم يعرفوا ويقرروا اللي يناسبهم بكل وضوح واحترام.

باسمك اللهم أستفتح،
وبك أستنصح، وأستلهم الرشد،
ومنك وحدك أستمد العون،
وعليك أعقد الأمل، وإليـك أُرجع الأمر،
فكن لي يا إلهي موفقًا،
ولعملي مسددًا، ولأمري مدبرًا،
ولعثرتي مقيلاً، فمن توكل عليك كفيته،
ومن أوى إليك آويته،
ومن سألك أعطيته،
ومن دعاك أجبته، ومن قصد بابك أكرمته.

أتعلم كل يوم إن السلام الداخلي قرار

مو لازم تكون الحياة خفيفة عشان نكون بخير،
يكفي نعرف متى نهدأ، ومتى نعطي أنفسنا لحظة راحة

وبين العمل والجد
تبقى الطمأنينة أعظم إنجاز

You’ve been holding onto so much: thoughts, ideas, emotions, potential. That’s not weakness; that’s stored energy and energy isn’t meant to stay still. It’s meant to move, to create, to impact.

Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel. It’s something you decide to step into.

So speak the idea.
Take the lead.
Set the boundary.
Show up as if you already trust yourself; because deep down, you do.

You don’t need more permission.
You need expression.

I didn’t start with a perfect plan.
I started with a feeling -
that there had to be a more human, more conscious way to support others.

As a specialist, I saw the gaps.
Not just in services … but in care, in depth, in intention.
I knew I didn’t want to create just another center.
I wanted to build a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and truly transformative.

That’s how began.

It wasn’t built overnight.
It was built through long days, quiet doubts, learning curves, and small wins no one saw.
Through choosing purpose over comfort—again and again.

I poured into it not only my knowledge,
but my values, my standards, and my belief that meaningful change is possible when people feel seen.

Rewaaq is more than a place.
It’s a reflection of a vision:
that growth can be gentle,
that structure can be compassionate,
and that care can be both professional and deeply human.

And in building it …
I built myself too.
