A few people have been asking recently, so just a little reminder that ALL classes are continuing throughout the summer!

Whether you’re a regular, haven’t been for a while, or have been thinking about coming along for the first time, I would love to have you. ☺️

One thing I hear a lot at this time of year is “I’d love to come but I’ve got the kids…”

Please don’t let that put you off. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can make work. Lots of my classes are buggy-friendly, child-friendly or flexible, and I’d much rather help you find a way to come than have you miss out altogether.

These classes have always been about more than fitness.

They’re about getting out of the house, doing something for yourself, meeting lovely people and leaving feeling better than when you arrived ❤️
