Today, Mr. Anaclet BAGIRISHYA, President of the Rwanda Dodgeball Association, officially handed over dodgeballs to Oasis Sports Center in Kigali City to support its ongoing Holiday Sports Programme, which includes dodgeball activities for children and youth.

This contribution reflects a shared commitment to promoting sports participation and creating more opportunities for young people to engage in healthy and active lifestyles.

Musanze Dodgeball Academy Training Resumes

Following the generous donation of dodgeballs from the World Dodgeball Federation through its President, Duane Wysynski, training activities have successfully resumed at the Musanze Dodgeball Academy.

Our coaches, Gilbert and Ferdinand, conducted an engaging and productive training session with enthusiastic participants eager to learn and develop their dodgeball skills.

This support has provided a significant boost to the academy's development efforts and will contribute greatly to the growth of dodgeball in the community.

Rwanda Dodgeball Association is proud to announce the official launch of Dodgeball Academy activities in Musanze City this past weekend.

Led by Gilbert and Ferdinand, our team took a decisive step forward in expanding the reach of the sport using the home made dodgeballs. This is not just a local event—it is the beginning of a deliberate, nationwide effort to grow, structure, and elevate dodgeball across Rwanda.

Musanze is now part of a larger vision: building a strong, competitive, and inclusive dodgeball culture from the ground up. The objective is clear—introduce the game, develop players, engage communities, and create pathways for talent.

This launch is a starting point, not a finish line. The real work begins now: consistency, quality training, and disciplined growth will determine whether this initiative becomes impactful or just another short-lived activity.
