The Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Olympic Games is tomorrow!

And we've already been in the Olympic Village for 3 days. We’ve completed most of the technical formalities (like picking up our gear, getting accredited, and so on), and today I even got to ski on the Anterselva Olympic track - where the first biathlon races will start on February 8th! 🔥

A dream is becoming a reality, and it feels truly bright and joyful in my heart. ❤️

No number of photos, not even a thousand could capture the emotions of the European Biathlon Championship in Sjusjøen 🇳🇴

For our team, this was the final stage before the main start not just of the season, but of the entire Olympic cycle -

Right now, we’re already on our way to Italy, which means very soon, dreams will become reality 🥳

Done with the stage in Ruhpolding! 🎯

Coming back to the World Cup - as my own experience shows - is always an ocean of feelings and emotions. Especially when you're standing at the range with a huge grandstand right behind you.
On race day at the Chiemgau Arena, there were about 23,000 people, and that atmosphere just seeps into every fiber of your being, whether you want it to or not 😌

Now we're heading to the Nove Mesto 🇨🇿 - the last World Cup stage before the Olympic Games.

And of course, a huge thank you to everyone who supports us! It's amazing to see how with every race, our team gathers more and more engaged supporters. We appreciate it ❤️

During the New Year holidays, I consciously or maybe unconsciously disconnected myself from social media, and it was one of the best decisions I made.

That time gave me exactly what I’d been missing in the frantic pace I’d set for myself (and, honestly, I’m the one who set it 😅).

💗 Family. Fully immersing myself in moments with my wife and daughter - priceless. I spent every free minute with my girls. ❤️

❤️ Dundukov Club. I managed to hold several training sessions at Club and personally see the progress of our kids - huge thanks to our coaching team, who continue to guide them brilliantly even when I’m away.

💪 Voima Sport. I met several times with my partner Artem to discuss the first few months of our store’s operation. We’re growing, analyzing, and already preparing new surprises.

🎂 Became 30 years old. I celebrated my milestone birthday surrounded by the closest people - happy and confident that I’m moving in the right direction.

Due to logistical issues, I couldn’t make it to the World Cup in Oberhof, but I’ve already joined the team in Ruhpolding. We’re entering the final stretch of preparation for the Milan Olympics - less than a month to go! ⏳

Work tasks are piling up, but this digital detox, I hope, will keep helping me find the strength and time to share our journey with you all 🙌

Le Grand-Bornand - the third World Cup stage of 25/26 is complete! 🇫🇷🎉🤌

My second time at this French venue, and another incredible experience ❤️

The atmosphere here is unique and fills you with unbelievable energy 🔥

The first trimester of the 25/26 World Cup has come to a close.
The Christmas break gifts us the chance to work on the athletes' shape and return as the best versions of ourselves in the new year. 💪

And for me personally, an important part of this break is a short hometrip, where I’ll spend wonderful time with my family and, of course, with the kids from !

I really hope to finally bring some winter to Karelia - doing training without skis in the end of December it's too much. See you soon! 😉

Hochfilzen, the second Biathlon World Cup stage - done! 🇦🇹

Excellent organization, perfect weather, and an incredible atmosphere at every raceday. A huge thanks to the host - I'm soaking up every detail to apply the best practices in my beloved ❤️

From a professional standpoint, this stage was special: unique sunbright conditions on the shooting range created challenges even in calm weather - no less serious than the wind and snow in Sweden. But our guys on the range handled it well, and on the track, they showed exactly the level they've earned with our preparation so far.

That’s the real work - seeing progress and areas for growth. And with this experience, we move forward: next up, France and new races in Annecy! 🚙💨

The World Cup starts the day after tomorrow - time to see how everyone's work during the summer preparation pays off. We gave it our absolute all in the preseason, and now every race is our exam, our challenge, and our step forward.

We're realists: our goals aren't the podium in every race, but personal progress, every successful shooting stage, and an improving skiing technique and speed. We will fight for every second and give our maximum - that's how real athletes grow.

A special point of pride for me is stepping onto the international stage wearing the insignia of my club, . It's my home, my system, and my philosophy. And now, a part of all that is breathing within the Moldavian biathlon team.
