Full range of fitness consulting services:
1/Analytics Study of the regional market and competitive environment, location of the fitness center, target audience, solvency of the population, assessment of profitability.
2/Concept and strategy Development of the format and concept of the club, types of services and fitness programs, pricing policy, business plan and financial justification for the project.
3/Marketing and sales Strategy and sales channels, formation of a sales department, organization of pre-sales, sales scripts, marketing strategy, media plan, online and offline advertising, lead generation.
4/Structuring Development of business processes and organizational structure, documentation, standards and regulations.
5/Premises Distribution of areas, zoning of premises, planning of communications and engineering systems, lighting, navigation and distribution of flows in the club, 3D modeling.
6/Equipment Formation of specifications, choice of manufacturer, selection of equipment, equipment for the gym, installation.
7/Design Design project of the club in accordance with the concept, development of corporate identity and guidelines.
