🥋 International Aikido Seminar 2026 – Final Day

Our seminar concluded with another inspiring day of practice under the guidance of Viorel Lungu Sensei (5th Dan).

Today’s training included bokken (wooden sword) and jo (staff), helping us deepen our understanding of timing, distance, and movement.

We also worked on ushiro tekubitori and ryokatatori, finishing with randori—training against multiple attackers. Randori challenges not only technique but also awareness, movement, and the ability to use the available space effectively while staying calm under pressure.

Three days of intensive training, international friendship, and shared passion for Aikido have come to an end. We would like to thank everyone who participated, traveled to Münsterhausen, and helped make this seminar such a memorable experience.
