olley Tilburg Dames 1** (2024–2025)
In December 2024, Jothmann was appointed as the head coach of Volley Tilburg Dames 1, a team competing in the Dutch Top Division. He was brought in to guide the team through the rest of the season. He managed to reach the layouts instead of relegation. And during the playoffs, he managed to keep the position for Volley Tilburg.

#### 2. **SV Halley (Wehl)** (Until 2023)
Jothmann served as the head coach of SV Halley, a women's team in the Dutch First Division. He stepped down from this role in 2023, after the competition, due to work-related commitments.

#### 3. **SV Dynamo Apeldoorn Dames 2** (2020–2021)
During the 2020–2021 season, Jothmann coached the second women's team of SV Dynamo Apeldoorn. A remarkable achievement was winning against SV Halley, which hadn't lost a game until December 2020. Coach Jothmann managed to twist the game from 0-2 in sets behind to a win 3-2.

#### 4. **Donki Sjot Dames 1** (2017–2020)
In the 2017–2018 season, Jothmann took on the role of head coach for Donki Sjot Dames 1, a team competing in the Dutch Second Division. He was drawn to the team's enthusiasm and commitment to improvement. Each season, the team improved their results. Due to COVID-19, the last season was terminated by the Dutch Federation, which had given the team a chance for promotion to the 1st division.

#### 5. **VCV Veenendaal Dames 1** (2013–2017)
Jothmann led the first women's team of VCV Veenendaal for four seasons, starting in 2013. Under his guidance, the team finished third in 2013, a performance which isn't achieved afterwards.

#### 6. **Other Coaching Roles - Regional competition**
- **Set-Up '69 (Scherpenzeel)**: Jothmann has coached teams at Set-Up '69, contributing to the development of players at various levels .
- **Invicta (Wageningen)**: He has also been involved with Invicta, applying his coaching expertise to improve team performance.
- **Volleer (Leersum)**: Jothmann's coaching journey includes a tenure at Volleer, where he focused on team building and competitive play.
- **VCV Veenendaal**: Jothmann had several coaching roles. He coached his daughters' teams for Circulation Mini Volleyball competitions, the 2nd women's team of VCV and Youth performing in the premier leagues of the youth (hoofd- en topklasse)
