Luni: 18:30-19:30 Pilates
Miercuri: 8:00-9:00 Yoga anti stres
Miercuri: 18:30-19:30 yoga general training+ meditatie cine doreste sa ramana de la 19:30-20:00

Vineri: 8:00-9:00 yoga flow pentru chakra inimi (a 4-a chakra) +meditatie de la 7:30-8:00

Va rog sa imi scrie in privat doar cele care doresc sa vina dimineata.

Va imbratisez! O seara minunata va doresc! 🤗
