MOVEMENT FOUNDATIONS 🤸🏼‍♂️

Before we officially launch it, we’re opening a FREE Trial Class where you can experience the concept alongside Vlad.

Movement Foundations is designed to build the qualities every dancer needs: active mobility, balance, spatial awareness, joint control, and efficient movement. Because dancing isn’t just about learning choreography, it’s about understanding how your body moves.

Whether you’re a beginner or already dancing, this class will help you create a stronger foundation for any style.

OUR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS HEELS GROUP IS OPENING ITS DOORS THIS JULY 👠☀️

Pentru o perioadă limitată, oferim posibilitatea și altor dansatori să se alăture grupei noastre de Absolute Beginners Heels – Level 2, dedicată celor care își doresc să își construiască o bază solidă sau să își perfecționeze tehnica în acest stil.

În 2 zile vom lucra la postură, echilibru, mers în tocuri, musicality, controlul corpului și execuția mișcărilor.

Cum te poți înscrie?

If you’ve been seeing shuffle videos everywhere and thinking “I wish I could do that”, this is your moment⚡

YOUR FOOTWORK FOUNDATION (Shuffle) is a 4 week beginner module designed to teach you the essential footwork that builds the base of shuffle and cutting shapes.

We start from zero and break everything down step by step so that by the end of the program you’ll feel confident joining other open classes and choreography based sessions.

SHUFFLE & SHAPES // July Edition ⚡️

Summer plans change… so we changed the format too.
Instead of one long preset spread over several weeks, we’re keeping it short, focused and way easier to fit into your schedule.

Each week = one choreography, built across 2 sessions (Wed & Thu, 1h30 each). Train it, clean it, film it, move on to the next one.

BEFORE THE POP - From Groove to Popping✨

Before the pops, before the techniques, before the drills... there’s groove.

This class is dedicated to the movement that comes before the pops. We’ll explore groove, bounce, rhythm, musicality and body awareness the elements that give popping its flow and make every pop feel meaningful.

Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been dancing for a while, this class will help you build a stronger foundation, connect with the music, and discover that popping isn’t just about technique, it’s about dancing.
