We’ve all felt that hesitation…
That feeling of anxiety about getting your top off
Trying to avoid getting changed in front of your mates
Or dodging photos because you don’t like how you look
Stuck in your own head thinking you’re just not lean enough
Like you don’t have the confidence to feel comfortable being topless
Ben came to me because he wanted to change that
Not just to lose a bit of weight…
But to finally feel proud of what he saw in the mirror
Along the way he got stronger
Built muscle
Lost body fat
Got leaner
And worked towards a photoshoot that gave him something to aim for
Now he’s at the point where he can take his top off without overthinking it
Stand in front of a camera with confidence
And actually be proud of the body he’s worked hard to build
Now everyone’s goals are different
But getting to that point…
Feels very fu***ng good

Always a proper laugh, load of beers and some good food

Mad what can happen when you give yourself a chance…
I’m talking a REAL chance to see what you’re capable of
Not giving up when things get a bit tough
Not stopping because life gets busy
Not using every excuse under the sun
You will get hungry if you’re dieting
You will lose motivation for the gym at some point
Life will feel like it’s getting in the way
Tough s**t 💩
If you stop and just sack it all off every time something happens, you’re never going to get anywhere
You’re never going to truly better yourself
Get the abs or bicep veins you’ve always wanted
Have the confidence to take your top off around other people and actually like what’s staring back at you in the mirror
Walk into the gym with no anxiety, knowing exactly what you’re doing and getting stronger every session
That’s all on the other side of GIVING YOURSELF A REAL CHANCE
Through the good, the easy, the bad and the hard times
Just like Andrei has done here
Running multiple businesses
Working days into nights
In and out of building sites
Dealing with life stress outside of work
Keeping friends and family happy
But if he’d stopped every time s**t got hard…
He would never have got himself into the shape he’s in now
14kg down and smashing a photoshoot
Because he had a coach to help him through it
Knowing when to push and when to pull things back
When to have diet breaks or higher calorie days
Whether 3 sessions or 5 sessions a week was the right call
Maintenance weeks
Untracked days
Weekends off
He always had a plan
And is now in a position to push even further
More food
More balance
Better performance in and out of the gym

Online coaching ain’t just sending over a plan and checking the scales once a week
Or Leaving people to navigate a dodgy app on their own with a motivational WhatsApp message that doesn’t absolutely nothing
It’s more than that,
Well my coaching is anyway…
It’s getting together for a pint and a laugh
Getting in the gym for a training day and pushing performance
Getting men to step outside their comfort zone and building up their confidence with a group shoot
Zoom calls and video check-ins to actually coach them through their problems and help them no matter where they’re at
It’s about Building a community of blokes who actually want to build each other up
Pushing each other to be better
And having a laugh doing it along the way
Blessed to be able to work and meet so many good people

Charlie. 50 weeks.
50 weeks between these two photos
And over 50 weeks of coaching with Charlie boy Charlie
More muscle.
Less fat.
Pretty much the same bodyweight
50 weeks probably doesn’t sound that appealing
It definitely isn’t as sexy as seeing “8 week transformation” on your feed
Because everyone wants results yesterday
But let’s ave it right
The last 50 weeks have already passed you by anyway
What have you actually done in that time to get closer to the physique you want?
To get closer to how happy and confident having that physique will make you feel?
Charlie hasn’t spent 50 weeks on a diet
He’s had fat loss phases, maintenance, building phases, holidays, nights out, a photoshoot and everything else that comes with having a life
That’s exactly why he can now eat over 3000 calories a day without getting fat
Meanwhile, loads of people spend those same 50 weeks bouncing from one quick fix to the next
Lose a bit
Put it back on
Start again Monday
And end up in exactly the same place
The next 50 weeks are going to pass whether you like it or not
So you can either spend them chasing another diet you won’t stick to…
Or you can spend them actually building the body you want
