Qatar Sailing & Rowing Federation (QSRF) was formed in May 2003. QSRF receives an annual grant from the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC).
The main aim of the Federation is to ensure the implementation of the Olympic Charter and promotion of the sport of Sailing, Rowing, Canoeing, Kayaking and Kiteboarding in the State of Qatar. QOC is also responsible for providing funds for training of all athletes and the expenses of participating of the Qatar National Team at National and International Level.
