Have you ever worked on playing the ball late? This will help you to play shots in different angles and find the gaps in fielding. This is how greats of cricket, Virat Kohli, Babar Azam, Kane Williamson and Joe Root score and are able to clear gaps
Key Points

2) Let the ball come to you
We started our journey of fast bowler in cricket from smallest distance of 10 yards and continued building up by adding additional distances in session by session.
Several corrections were made which included:
Ball placement in hand
Movement of hands
Approaching the crease
Counting the run up
Working on straight line path for smooth run up
Loading bowling leg
Movement and pull of non bowling arm
Head position
and many multiple details to understand individual strength and weaknesses.

I am always fond of utilizing technologies in my cricket coaching. Using .ai was very good experience to understand how my students were performing during the sessions and game scenarios. Through this technology, i am able to see at what length, height and especially at what speed, bowlers have been bowling. This gives me an understanding whether do they need to slow their pace to spin more or increase their ball speed for sharp turns. In this video, bowler is who has shown incredible improvement in his bowling rhythm. We spoke and worked on his transition from fast bowling to spin to use his talent more wisely. I am proud to see how well he has developed his bowling. Well done Ferol! your impact in the team is clearly visible π
Working on front drive alignment during my cricket coaching session. Visualizing bowler is very very important. Play each ball the way you are playing in the match. This helps building your focus and execute the shot with full attention.
Shoulder alignment, head position and body movements are key to focus here.

Todayβs session was a special one. We started with a one-leg seated bowling drill through cones, no run-up, pure focus on line and arm action. Then I gave him the full challenge: 18 yards, 7-step run-up, and target the stumps.
The result? Stumps rattled. Confidence built. A young bowler transformed. πͺ
