MAY - VO2 Mental Health Month 🤍

This May, VO2 highlights what we truly stand for - a wellness ecosystem, not just a fitness space.
We don’t focus on physical health only, but on movement, recovery, and mental wellbeing together.

To support this, we’re giving all active members 3 free guest credits to share with 3 friends.

Each credit can be used for a class, gym day pass, or both - a chance to support someone's mental health by giving them time to move, reset, reconnect, and feel better.

نحن لا نركّز على الصحة الجسدية فقط، بل على الحركة، الاستشفاء، والصحة النفسية.

دعماً لذلك، نقدّم لجميع الأعضاء 3 أرصدة مجانية يمكن مشاركتها مع 3 أصدقاء.
