🌊🦋 YOGA PARA TODOS · EVENTO SOLIDARIO 🦋🌊

El próximo 22 de agosto nos encontramos junto al mar, en , Viana do Castelo, para compartir una experiencia de yoga accesible, inclusivo y para todos.

Una propuesta creada por Yoga Resiliencia para que no tengas que adaptar tu cuerpo al yoga, sino que el yoga se adapte a ti y a tus necesidades.

No necesitas experiencia previa. Solo venir, respirar, moverte y conectar contigo. 🧘‍♀️🌊

Y si haces surf, también puedes aprovechar la práctica para preparar y despertar el cuerpo antes de entrar al agua.

🤍 Además, será un evento solidario: todo lo recaudado irá destinado a Desporto Para Todos – Desporto Para Todos APPACDM VC Viana do Castelo, promoviendo el acceso al deporte y al ocio de personas con discapacidad.

You probably already know some of these faces, and if you don’t, you’ll probably meet them on the water soon.

We’re here for kitesurfing, surfing and wing foil, but it’s not only about sport.

It’s about meeting people, enjoying the time we spend together and sharing the experience.

The one who keeps everything running behind the scenes.

Marina is usually the first person you’ll meet when you arrive. She organises the lessons, coordinates the instructors and makes sure everything is ready for your session.

Need anything? She’s the person to ask. 🫶

Our favourite French 🇫🇷

Arturito has been part of the family for a while now, teaching both kitesurfing and surfing and, as always, bringing good vibes to every session.

And who knows… maybe you’ll find him joining us at our school in Brazil too. 👀🇧🇷

What can we say about Juancho? 😂

He’s probably the most experienced one of the team, both on and off the water.

But there’s something else he’s definitely an expert at: organising some seriously good barbecues at the school. 🥩🔥

And honestly, that’s probably how he won us over… starting with our stomachs. 😂

A true Modo Experto legend.

Mattia joined the family not long ago, but somehow he already brought another little family with him — his girlfriend and a friend. 😂

He’s always around, helping wherever he can and getting involved with everyone.

Because here at Modo Experto, it’s not just about teaching kitesurfing. It’s about meeting people, enjoying the experience and sharing it with the people you love.

Sebastián is 22, has been kitesurfing since he was 14 and teaching for the last 4 years.

He loves jumping off dunes, trying crazy things with the kite and basically making every session a little more interesting. 😂

But there’s more: he also knows how to repair kite equipment.

So if you’re looking for someone to teach you kitesurfing, surfing, or fix your gear… Sebastián is your guy. 🤙

Iñigo is one of the younger members of the team and has just started his journey with us.
