Ten years ago I was that woman in high heels, fancy dress, running up an escalator with a coffee-in-hand, packed schedule until 9pm, rooftop cocktails after. I had my s**t together. Or so it seemed.
Then I quit it all.
I chased something more meaningful, more purposeful, more me… across three countries.
I built a whole new life and thought I’d finally found her: the real me.
Plot twist: I hadn’t!
This year, at age 38, I’ve had to admit something I don’t like to say out loud.
I thought I’d had my midlife crisis in my late twenties, making the switch from corporate consultant to yoga teacher and life coach living in Bali.
Well, I was wrong. My true midlife awakening (as I prefer to call it these days), is happening exactly
right
now.
Read all about it on my Substack Failing Fiercely, the first post just went up.
Fair warning: it’s not pretty. It’s not polished. But it’s very true.
Double tap if you’re ready to follow along in my messy middle.
