Sshhhhhush !
My Monday yogis are doing savasana in nature.
Whether on the Ria Formosa or in the garden when we need shade, I like to teach Vinyasa yoga mostly outdoors.
Why ?
Because you breathe better, you enjoy a continuous fresh and pure air while practicing, because you're more connected with nature, and more rooted that way. And because when you close your eyes, you have nothing but the sound of the waves or the birds.

Iove to change the routine during my yoga classes. Each session is unique, and target something special. Whether we focus on the hips, back, core... using vinyasa, yin yoga, yoga De Gasquet... we sometimes use tools.
These Air Bolster from Togu Germany are ones of my favourite to practice our yoga poses in a passive yet strong way.

30°C and still going ! We have a bit of fresh air thanks to the Ria Formosa so we really enjoy the aerial yoga class in the morning:)
