🪷Aerial Yin Yoga > slow and deep stretches on the ground with our fabric assistant
🤸🏽♀️Aerial Yoga > Core, balance and deep stretches, especially for the back, in a dynamic class
🌸 What is Aerial Yin Yoga ?
A way to stretch slowly and deeply with the fabric, without the tricky flying poses we use to do during an aerial yoga class.
For those who want to take it easy or who are recovering from an injury.
Same benefits as our regular aerial yoga class, but softer 🌸
