Organized by Royal North Sea Yacht Club, the International Brugse Zot Cup 2026 was held from August 8th to 10th, in Oostende – Belgium.

Sixteen dragons realized eight races and the victory went to “AnnAmaii”, with the Belgian Ben Van Cauwenbergh at the helm.

Organized by Royal Thames Yacht Club, Cowes Town Regatta, Royal Yacht Squadron, Royal London Yacht Club, Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Cowes Corinthian Yacht Club, Royal Ocean Racing Club and Island Sailing Club, the Cowes Week 2026 – 200 th anniversary, one of the world´s most famous regatta, held from August 1st to 7th.

Twenty five dragons realized seven races and the victory went to the “Bluebottle”, with the Graham Bailey at the helm.

Organized by the Lübecker Yacht-Club, Norddeutscher Regatta Verein, Berliner Yacht Club and Zürcher Yacht Club, 2026 Travemünder Woche – North German Championship held from July 17th to 26th.

During three days, fifteen German teams competed and the winner was “Rosie”, with Benjamin Morgen at the helm.

28 german teams were in competition, and the winner was the local “CHI”, with Michael Schattan at the helm.

European Champions in Helsinki!

Congratulations to Michael Zankel, Diogo Pereira and João Matos Rosa on winning the 2026 Dragon European Championship onboard POR 90 EASY.

This is a very special victory for Petticrows. EASY is the latest Petticrows v6.1 GRP hull with wooden deck produced — a Dragon that combines the performance of our newest v6.1 design with the elegance and craftsmanship of a classic wooden deck, together with all the latest features developed for our new Centenary Edition.

Winning a major championship with this boat is a strong confirmation of what we believe in: continuous development, attention to detail, and building Dragons that can perform at the very highest level.
