He started jump roping in 2021, inspired by the talent he saw in others. What began as curiosity became consistency.

That’s where everything changed. 💪

After years of basic jump rope, and going through a dark period in her life, she found a video from Lauren Jumps in May 2022 , and something inside her clicked. 🤩

What started as weight loss after her pregnancies became her therapy, her escape, her passion. 💪

She never stopped… because it gave her life back!!
