Tonightâs Blood Moon feels like a beautiful invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and create space for what comes next.
On the mat, we move with intention. We release what feels heavy, soften our grip on what has passed, and reconnect with ourselves. âš
Move. Breathe. Release.
And trust that sometimes letting go is exactly how we make room for something beautiful.

Sometimes the most powerful part of our yoga practice is the moment we stop doing. đ€
Shavasana â the art of simply being.
A moment to soften the body, quiet the mind and allow everything weâve practised to settle.
No effort.
No striving.
No need to be anywhere else.
Just the warmth of the sun, the earth beneath you, your breath⊠and apparently a dog who understands Shavasana better than any of us. đŸâïžđ
Itâs in these quiet moments that the body restores, the nervous system settles and we create a little more space within ourselves.
Do less. Be more. Just breathe. đż

Holding space for yourself sounds beautiful in theory â but in reality, it can be one of the hardest things to do.
Itâs often easier to see what others need than to truly notice what we need. The space we try to create within ourselves so quickly becomes filled with guilt⊠with the feeling of not being enough, not doing enough, or perhaps doing too little.
But what if we could remind ourselves:
I am the creator of my own space.
I can choose what I fill it with â or leave it as empty as I need â so I can truly see whatâs there.
Take the time to notice what feels right for you.
Sometimes the most important doing we needâŠ
is doing as little as possible.
So we can finally hear the whispers of our soul.
Because the mind screams.
But the soul whispers.
