This week, our 🔱 interns stepped on board the 🇵🇹 NRP Dom Francisco de Almeida during a visit to the Portuguese Naval Base 🇵🇹.
From exploring the ship to learning about its capabilities and the daily life of its crew, our interns got a firsthand look at how the Portuguese Navy 🇵🇹 contributes to maritime security and NATO operations.

🔱 was pleased to welcome a group of interns from the Ambasciata d’Italia a Lisbona 🇮🇹 to our Headquarters.
🧠 The visit offered an opportunity to learn more about NATO’s strategic role, STRIKFORNATO’s mission, and the importance of multinational cooperation in strengthening collective defence and security.
🤝 Engaging with the next generation of diplomats is an important investment in building mutual understanding, fostering dialogue, and reinforcing the values that unite the Alliance.
