Fechámos a fase regular do CNB com chave de ouro! Duas vitórias, em dois jogos contra os White Sharks A.B.C., muito disputados até ao fim. O segundo jogo foi a extra innings, após um empate 5-5 e só terminou no 10 inning, com a nossa vitória 💪

We finished the CNB regular season in style! Two wins, in two hard fought games against the White Sharks A.B.C.. The second game went to extra innings after a 5-5 tie and only ended in the 10th inning, with our victory 💪

O Grow the Game Like a Girl, previsto para este sábado, foi adiado devido ao alerta laranja de calor extremo emitido pelo IPMA.

Apesar de o laranja ser a nossa cor, há alertas que não podemos ignorar. A segurança de todas as participantes, famílias, treinadores e voluntários vem sempre em primeiro lugar.

Estamos já a trabalhar numa nova data e vamos partilhá-la assim que possível.

🥎☀️ A small change of plans…

The Grow the Game Like a Girl event, scheduled for this Saturday, has been postponed due to the orange heat warning issued by the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA).

Even though orange is our color, some orange warnings simply can’t be ignored. The safety of all participants, families, coaches and volunteers always comes first.

We’re already working on a new date and will share it as soon as it’s confirmed.

No último Domingo, a nossa equipa de basebol sénior, jogou 2 jogos contra os White Sharks A.B.C.. Infelizmente não foram os resultados que queríamos e por isso, esperamos terminar a fase regular, no próximo Domingo, com melhores resultados.

Last Sunday, our senior baseball team played two games against White Sharks A.B.C.. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the results we wanted, and so, we hope to finish the regular season next Sunday, with better results.

Ao longo deste fim de semana, a equipa estará em Almere, na Holanda, para disputar mais uma edição do Windmill Classic. Desejamos a melhor sorte aos nossos atletas e esperamos grandes jogos ao longo da competição!

The Capitals COED Softball Slowpitch team is ready for another exciting challenge! 🥎💙

This weekend, the team will be competing in yet another edition of the Windmill Classic tournament in Almere, the Netherlands. We wish our players the best of luck and look forward to a great weekend of softball!

Vitória por 6-5 no primeiro jogo e por 17-6 no segundo, fechando o dia com um excelente desempenho coletivo.

A great day for the Capitals women’s softball team, achieving two wins against the White Sharks! 🥎🏆

A 6-5 victory in the first game and a 17-6 win in the second game, which shows off this day with an excellent team performance.

With these results, the Capitals have won the 2026 CNS! 🏆

Congratulations to all the players on this fantastic achievement and for representing the club so proudly, with a lot of effort and attitude on and off the field.

O double-header frente aos Cascais Crusaders foi muito intenso! Derrota por 6-4 no primeiro jogo, seguida de uma vitória por 7-5 no segundo. Um resultado positivo para terminar o dia a somar a primeira vitória da nossa equipa nesta edição do CNB. ⚾

An intense doubleheader against the Cascais Crusaders in both games! A 6-4 loss in the first game followed by a 7-5 win in the second. A positive result to end the day taking our first win of this CNB home. ⚾
