The worries that everyone has before / during or after booking a YTT

It’s normal, but let me ease your worries a little . If you need more info- you can download a free guide in my bio , or I love to chat about it- so reach out and tell me what’s on your mind the most.

If you’ve downloaded the guide, I’d love to hear which of the modules made you smile reading, or interests you the most x

*aspiring admin gal
Stoked to have been awarded employee of the month.
Anyway, I won this award for being a good gal and doing some admin, we don’t measure success on spelling errors or typos over here;) feel free to drop some additional praise in the comments

Big question

This was after years of me abusing yoga, and treating it like a stretch class. I finally found the right teachers , so yoga & life gave me a mic drop moment .

I was good at my job. I loved my job. So this smacked me round the face from nowhere . I was as surprised as the rest of them 😂

There was a brief moment, that lasted maybe 30 seconds where I wanted to accept the role- for the job title only tbh. I thought I’d feel proud to tell people that was my new job. But my body knew it was a no. You couldn’t convince me otherwise . Much to the disappointment of others haha

This took some unraveling , some temporary dimming and a lot of conversations starting with “I know this sounds weird …butttt” . Thank you to the ones who have loved every version of me x

Peaceful shizshow though ❤️

Wellll it was the smirk that did it 😂✌️
