I spent 10 years working in tech sales 😂👩💻 — something I’m genuinely good at and super grateful for and had a lot of fun doing. But I’ve always been teaching yoga, barre and Pilates at the end of my 9-5 job 🙇🏼♀️💪🏽
But a little while ago, I decided to make a pretty big change and leave that world behind to focus on what I really love: movement, teaching, people and creating community. 🥹🤍
Now I wake up every day excited to teach yoga & Pilates, share my love for movement, meet amazing humans and build a life that feels much more in line with what matters to me.
And I’m forever grateful that this is what I call my real work day now 😂🧘🏽♀️✨
That’s also why creating spaces for movement + connection feels so special to me. I want to give back, bring people together and celebrate the things that make us feel good. 🤍

His next chapter? A beautiful vintage dining room for our guests, filled with good food, long tables and plenty of stories. 🍽️
