Sometimes healing begins the moment someone says,
“Me too.”
I was invited to be part of a book sharing my breast cancer experience, alongside other women courageously telling the truth about what this journey really feels like.
If you know someone navigating breast cancer right now, I hope you’ll consider gifting them this book. These stories remind women they are not alone in the fear, the grief, the strength, or the healing. Sometimes feeling seen and understood can be its own kind of medicine.

Life has a strange way of cracking us open… and revealing what truly matters.
I wrote about the emotional complexity of healing, missing my friend Marilisa, reconnecting with my body, and why this Kilimanjaro journey feels bigger than a mountain.
If you’ve ever held pain and gratitude at the same time, this may resonate.

After judging a two day dance event, one pattern stood out again.
The dancers who keep growing year after year aren’t always the most talented, they’re the ones with a growth mindset.
It’s the same mindset I’m learning through my Kilimanjaro training. Progress doesn’t come from comparing results, it comes from staying curious and committed to the process.
Events don’t define us. They simply reflect the journey we’re on.

I continue to keep this page active, but my personal profile is where I’ve been posting more regularly.

Our last night in Portugal hit all the right notes. 🇵🇹✨
At Senhora do Fado, Marc and I felt the soul of Portugal come alive; raw, emotional, and timeless. A family-run gem where fado music and homemade Portuguese dishes blend into pure magic.
The perfect finale to a trip that captured my heart. ❤️

My first “Diner en Blanc” in Montreal! What a magical evening at Place d’Armes, right in front of Notre-Dames Basilica (fun fact for my American friends, that’s where Celine Dion got married 💍🎶).
Thank you Mary Sarli for the invite, it was such a unique and glamorous experienced. We soaked up every moment!
