My teacher Ed has been getting to know Lagos these last few days and enjoying a few sessions of tai chi with me.
He is looking forward to hosting the classes starting this Tuesday September 1st.

Sunset and Studio Sessions

A selection of 1 hour classes and guidance with Ed, my teacher and an Ordained Taoist monk with 25 years Tai Chi experience. Ed practices the unique ‘Temple Style - Flow & Follow’.

Hello everyone.
I hope you’re having a great August.

Tai Chi classes start again on September 1st.

The schedule will remain the same as before although the price has unfortunately changed for the Monday night session due to a management change at the venue (more details to come on that).

My Tai Chi teacher Ed, will be arriving soon and is hosting a series of classes during the first week of September.

More details to come on all of the above and I hope to see you soon.

CALLING ALL BEGINNERS

If you havn’t yet tried a session of Tai Chi - Moving Meditation, come and join us this Thursday June 18th at 7pm for this beginners class.
We will cover the basics of STANCE, POSTURE and BREATH. Surrounded by the trees, birds and breeze we will perform a number of FORMS, generating a FLOW and creating a SEQUENCE to end the session.
