Another amazing experience and getting to share it with my best mate is honestly something so special.

Our performance, I was far from my best and it just wasn’t our day and seeing the level on show was a massive eye opener.

This experience will be invaluable and we will go again.

If you want to have highs in sport expect a lot of lows, this is one for me. Does this mean we stop? Absolutely not 😂 the effect does the opposite.

Getting to compete is a privilege and something I’ll never take for granted 🙌🏼

Firstly, big congratulations to everyone who competed for smashing it. Its so great to share the floor with so many amazing people.

For me and Pip we just wanted another shake out before worlds, with Pip having done the London marathon last weekend and me coming back from an injury the plan was to just go and have fun and see where we are.

Now it’s about really dialling into training for the next 4 weeks so we bring our very best selves to the worlds.

I never take it for granted competing with pip as chasing her around for an hour never gets old 😂

Getting on the podium made it that much sweeter too 🥈
