has been training teachers over 15 years with our school of Authentic Flow and strive for inclusivity, somatic and trauma informed approach + accessibility.

We offer pay what you can (min 290-590€ depending on hours) at Cocoon Shala in Tavira center in Algarve, Portugal.

What’s happens in this signature class that mixes what our founder used to teach more than 10 years ago (hello burpees and jacks, and do you remember the class Hot Dynamics? 😆) and inspired by the different modalities she has ventured in during this past 10 years?

Well this and so much more.

// Let go of what you may be hindered by

a transformative, embodied, workout of the bodymind. Through guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice with shaking, jumping, dancing, free moment and body weight training, not to mention a kick ass playlist, this class is designed for anyone but especially yogis and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT and a strong, resilient body.

COME AROUND THE WORLD WITH US ✈️

During this lockdown while we are practicing on zoom, let’s take a journey through some of our fave locations for yoga in the world.

Here’s the absolute GEM of a place in the Philippines we had a 200h yoga teacher training at. The founder is actually in our faculty for the online TT starting in February in 2 weeks. Still some spots left!
