What kind of fertile territory would predispose us to keep discovering the next hour of our lives rather than the meaning of the next hour?

Let’s set aside our usual explanations, optimizations, identities, or plans.. Not throw them away, just trust in their existing power enough for a different quality of participation to lead us curiously onwards.

This kind of tone and relational space has increasingly become the territory I’m interested in inhabiting and making available.

Not quite the coaching work I used to do.
I find it funner, and it’s simple. Especially because things seem to be getting complicated for a lot of us.

If you’re somewhere interesting in your life and feel curious about practicing there together, come by.

Looks like standing around doing almost nothing.

Feels like discovering muscles, fascia, and attention you didn’t know existed.

A deceptively simple practice learned from .me, with occasional commentary by yours truly. If this kind of thing interests you, go spend some time with him.

“So come, my friends, be not afraid
We are so lightly here
It is in love that we are made;
In love we disappear
Tho’ all the maps of blood and flesh
Are posted on the door
There’s no one who has told us yet
What Boogie Street is for” - L. Cohen

Sometimes a single moment of embodied attention dissolves unnecessary rehearsals entirely.

I remember knowing within just a few weeks of my first serious relationship that something felt deeply off in my body.

My chest felt tight and trapped.

But I overrode that signal because, on paper, the relationship seemed “good,” and I didn’t want to create rupture.

It took years to realize that the body often knows long before the mind catches up.

AI is obviously awesome. I use it regularly.

It’s remarkably good at clarifying ideas, organizing information, and helping us see beyond our own partially right perspectives.

But some of the most valuable human capacities do not become stable traits through informational insight alone.

Trusting your gut.

Staying present in difficult conversations.

Sustaining attention.

Relaxing deeply.

Receiving love.

Finishing creative work.

Acting on what you already know matters.

These capacities are developed through practice and relationship. Structured discomfort and mutual good will.

AI can help you think more clearly.

But it cannot replace the experience of being deeply seen by someone who is fully present, perceptive when you are not, and willing to offer honest feedback when you’re walking straight back into familiar quicksand.

You can read a menu all day long.
Eventually, you have to order and actually eat.

I’m currently developing a five-month private coaching container for intelligent, capable people who want greater integrity, rhythm, and embodied clarity.

If this resonates, send me a message.

Take it easy
