Praia da Ribeira in Cascais, Portugal will host the annual Swim Challenge - Swim for the Ocean. The competitions
You can participate in several competitions, according to your age, experience and physical shape:
Official Mile (to federated swimmers)

Mile Open (to all swimmers, isothermical suit allowed, transition and finish line outside the water)

Gills or Lungs? Kids 200m and 400m (including extra competition where is allowed to be accompanied by an adult)

Um enorme obrigado a todos os que fizeram desta edição mais um momento tão especial.

Aos nadadores que desafiaram as águas de Lisboa, Oeiras e Cascais. À equipa de organização, canoístas, voluntários, entidades, parceiros e patrocinadores. E, claro, às famílias, amigos e a toda a torcida que esteve junto à água, a apoiar, a vibrar e a tornar cada chegada ainda mais especial.

O nosso muito obrigado a todos os que fizeram parte desta edição. 🤍
