Jack is one of many Parkinson’s patients I have been working with over the last few years. He came 2 months ago as a referral from a different Parkinson’s client. Jack has been exercising with me 2x a week and following our diet 100% 👍.
When he went to see his neurologist last week, the professor was shocked 😮. Instead of the expected deterioration, there was improvement!! The doctor told him, “I wish all my patients would do what this.”

It’s the 17th of Tammuz. Between now and the 9th of Av we are extra aware of tragedies in our history. While fasting we use the day to reflect:
How can I be a better me? 🤔💭
How can I be a better member of the Jewish people? 🤔💭
Wishing you a meaningful day of reflection 🙏.
Here are some tips for breaking the fast tonight:
• Drink 4-5 glasses of water.
• Eat a light meal - a bowl of soup, a small amount of whole grains, or a salad.
• Keep proteins light and lean. Finish with a fruit or two. STOP!
• Go for a short walk and do some stretching.
• If you are still hungry, have a small snack and some water or tea.
• Don't eat late at night. The next day wake up feeling hungry and healthy.
