I’m super proud of Taejuan! Speaking on camera and speaking in front of others causes him a lot of anxiety, so recording this video and demonstrating one of his kicks took a lot of courage. I hope he continues stepping outside his comfort zone and building his confidence! ⚡️이재국 the and Tae Kwon Do Fury | 태권도 퓨리 your institution curriculum has been so helpful!!!

Taejuan and his dad working on reaction drills. Can’t miss the opportunity by not reacting right away!

Tae-Juan has really enjoyed training with the E-Sparring gear! It gives him instant feedback during each session, helping him improve his speed, accuracy, reaction time, and overall technique.

The gear also creates a more realistic competition experience, which has helped him become more confident, focused, and strategic while sparring. We can truly see the improvement in his performance, and we’re excited to watch him continue growing as an athlete. Hard work, consistency, and the right training tools are definitely paying off! Thank you E-Sparring LLC!

Yesterday’s training put Taejuan to the test—his conditioning, endurance, combinations, skills, and, most importantly, how badly he wants it.
He got hurt, but he got back up and continued to push through. His coach pushed him to his limits and never let up, even when exhaustion started to set in. That’s what it takes to reach the top.
Becoming the best isn’t easy, especially when so many others are chasing that same goal. It takes discipline, heart, resilience, and the determination to keep going when your body wants to stop.
Yesterday was tough, but Taejuan showed that he has the heart to keep fighting. The work continues! 🥋🔥💪🏽
