PRIMERA VICTORIA EN SU CARRERA EN EL BÉISBOL CLASE A!!!

La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Roosevelt Roads (auspiciador oficial) les informa que nuestro lanzador, el juvenil Dereck Font, logró ayer su primera victoria como lanzador en el Béisbol Clase A de Puerto Rico.

Dereck, lanzó 3 entradas en cero en labor de relevo propinando 2 ponches en la victoria de los muchachos de La Capital del Sol 10-6 ante los Azucareros de Martorell (Yabucoa). Muchas felicidades… enhorabuena!!!

FIRST CAREER WIN IN PUERTO RICO CLASS A BASEBALL!!!

Roosevelt Roads Credit Union, an official sponsor of the Luquillo Soles, proudly announces that our young pitcher, Dereck Font, earned the first victory of his Class A Baseball career yesterday.

Font pitched three scoreless innings in relief and recorded two strikeouts as the boys from The Capital of the Sun defeated the Martorell (Yabucoa) Sugar Makers by a score of 10–6.

CUADRANGULAR DE 3 CARRERAS LE DA LA SEGUNDA VICTORIA DEL DÍA A LOS SOLES!!!

La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Roosevelt Roads y el Municipio de Luquillo (auspiciadores oficiales) les informa que tus Soles obtuvieron las 2 victorias de la jornada inaugural ante los Azucareros de Yabucoa - Clase A. Los partidos se llevaron a cabo en la casa de los Soles, el estadio Joaquín Robles de Luquillo.

A primera hora los muchachos de La Capital de Sol vencieron 10-6 a los azucareros. En la tarde un ramillete de 4 carreras en la parte baja de la séptima entrada, incluyendo un “walk-off Homerun” de 3 carreras dejaron en el terreno a los muchachos de Yabucoa 7-4. Con estas 2 victorias tus Soles mejoran su marca en 3-1 en lo que va de la joven temporada.

Both games were played at the Soles’ home field, Joaquín Robles Stadium in Luquillo.

In the first game, the boys from The Capital of the Sun defeated the Sugar Makers 10–6.

In the second game, the Soles scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh inning, highlighted by a three-run walk-off home run, to defeat Yabucoa 7–4.

With these two victories, the Luquillo Soles improve their record to 3–1 in the young 2026 season.

MAÑANA INAUGURAMOS EN CASA!!!

El Municipio de Luquillo y la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Roosevelt Roads (auspiciadores oficiales) les informa e invitan a la gran inauguración de la Temporada 2026 de tus Soles de Luquillo.

Estaremos recibiendo la visita de los Azucareros de Yabucoa - Clase A, mañana domingo, 12 de julio de 2026. Comenzaremos a las 9:00 am con la ceremonia inaugural donde los Soles estarán honrando a 3 grandes líderes del béisbol luquillense (Sr. Carlos Rojas, Sr. Israel Escobar y Sr. Antonio “Tato” Robles) y luego comenzará la acción dominical que contará con 2 emocionantes partidos entre ambas novenas.

Following the ceremony, fans will enjoy two exciting games between the two teams.
