Stiff hips usually aren’t about flexibility. They’re about holding on.
We carry so much in our hips stress, tension, years of holding ourselves together and keeping it all in. So “just loosen up” was never the real answer. It was never a stretching problem. You’ve just never had a safe place to let go.That’s all this is. Not a performance. Not something you have to be good at. Ninety minutes to stop holding your breath, get out of your head, and let your body move the way it already knows how to.

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need any experience. You just have to be willing to let go a little.
