Light, but heating and stuffed with micronutrients soups can be a great choice for summer lunch. Ayurveda states that in hot seasons the Pitha Dosha aggravates. While the fruits and cooling vegetables are generally prescribed as main food for such times, people whose constitution is cooler in nature (Pure Vata, Pure Kapha or Vata - Kapha nature) usually need some more heat for better digestion. Soups cooked with mild amount of spices like black pepper or ginger will provide this heat which will awake the Agni (digestive force). Soups in Asian style can be very efficient and satisfying due to their lightness and fresh taste.

In these difficult times of Coronavirus I want to present to you a simple decoction which helps to keep the lungs healthy. The combination of black pepper, dry ginger and long pepper is very beneficial in cases of fever, cough and chest congestion. This simple remedy can be used both as a preventive supplement or supporting treatment remedy. Black pepper helps fighting cold and cough, dry ginger cleanses the throat, assists in reducing fever and cold, and long pepper strengthens the respiratory system.

Hare Om,
I want to share with you, that nowadays i got back to teaching Yoga in a studio. Due to my friend’s retreat on the shore of the Baltic Sea I was invited to take care of drop-in classes in NovaYoga studio in Tychy. I am so excited to get back to teaching - even for such a short time as a week. If you are currently nearby Tychy I want to encourage you to come! If you need more data, write me a private message!
For all of you, who are far from my place I have a gift - a free Meditation Ebook along with Guided Meditation Recording. There you will find an explanation of meditation as techniques which fall under the 8 limbs of Yoga called Ashtanga. There is also a script which you can memorize and practice on your own. I hope it will be beneficial for your spiritual path.
I wish you a great day!
Stay blessed, always healthy and not influenced by grief
