Some kayaks are built. Others are created.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping customers turn an idea into something unique.

This time, the vision started with Traffic Green. Everything else was up for debate. Should we leave the carbon fabric visible to showcase the craftsmanship? Or should we break the color with a bold black design?

There isn’t a right answer—only the one that makes you smile every time you look at your kayak.

I have to admit… I think this WIG Player 525 is something truly special. The combination of colors gives it a character that’s hard to ignore.

The best part? It’s going to a very special paddler. I’ll keep the name a secret for now—maybe they’ll reveal it themselves when it arrives.

And yes… in just a few weeks, this Player 525 will be crossing the Atlantic to begin its new adventure. 🌎🚢

One more time… I promise, this won’t be the last. ❤️

Lofoten will stay with me for a long time.

The endless daylight. The sun that never sets. The incredible landscapes that make you stop paddling just to take it all in.

And our favorite joke:
“Faster, faster… it’s getting dark!” 😂

Maybe one day we’ll be back.

I wouldn’t be myself if I didn’t stick my head underwater while paddling above the Arctic Circle. 😄

To be honest, I still remember Lake Hańcza feeling much colder than this water.

What really surprised me was the underwater world. The vegetation looked much more like Croatia than the Norway I had been admiring from the kayak thanks to Tomek.

If I ever come back, there’s one thing left on my list—finding orcas. That’s probably the only thing this trip was missing. 🖤
